2. User Accounts & Identity Verification

Users may access the platform via:

Google OAuth 2.0: Single sign-on using verified Google accounts. We request minimal non-sensitive scopes (email, profile) strictly for identity management.
Email / WhatsApp Phone Authentication: Direct login with instantaneous magic verification links and password management.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Terms

Access to advanced AI tutoring, unlimited mock exams, and specific premium curriculum tiers is provided by paid plans (Starter, Advanced, Pro, Premium AI). Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period of access (30 days, 3 months or 12 months):

Payment Processing: All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.. Khan & Co. never stores, transmits, or possesses raw card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials (PCI-DSS compliant).
No Automatic Renewal: You pay once for the period you choose. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again. We e-mail a reminder 5 days before your access ends. When it ends your account returns to the Free plan with all progress kept. Buying again adds time after your current end date.

6. Termination & Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel because plans do not renew by themselves. Your paid access simply ends on the end date shown in your account, after which your account transitions to the Free tier with all progress and study data preserved.
