1. No Automatic Renewal

Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period (30 days, 3 months or 12 months). There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge:

Nothing to Cancel: You are never charged again unless you buy again. If you see a charge you did not make, email [email protected] with your account email.
End of Access: You keep full access until the end date of the period you paid for. We e-mail a reminder 5 days before. Buying again adds time after the current end date.

2. Refund Eligibility & Rules

Purchases: Eligible for a 100% full refund within 7 days of payment.
Unexpected Charges: Plans never renew automatically. If you were charged and did not buy, tell us within 48 hours for a full refund.
School / Multi-Seat Licenses: Institutional licenses are covered under institutional SLAs agreed in writing.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Refunds are processed immediately by our billing team through Stripe, Inc.. Funds will appear on your credit card or bank statement within 3 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
